STAFF
All our staff are highly trained and come well presented in uniform to all funtions with a smile. Professional and friendly from the first point of contact, right until the end of the event. We will do our best to make sure all your needs are looked after.
A staff member is required for the reheating/cooking in the kitchen, on the night of your event. It is essential that our staff reheat/handle the food, due to health regulations and requirements, also we cook a large percentage of food on the night. Most events will require wait staff also, we will advise requirements according to your numbers and your menu selections.
There is a minimum of 3 hours for each staff member. Just ask if you have any questions reguarding our staffing.
All our Bar staff come with a current RSA's. We can orgainise mixers and servers for you at the same wait staff costs.

It is imperative we cater for the correct numbers at your event, so we can have a successful night. ALL guests must be included in your numbers. Early leavers and late arrivals will also enjoy our food whilst they are in attendance and are often the ones who enjoy it the most as they havent had time to eat. So please include everyone so they all leave with full bellies.
CHILDREN
Please ensure the All children are also included in your numbers. Children 5 to 12 years are at 50 % off, whilst 4 and under are free to eat. If you have a large attendance of kids we will make sure we add a few kids only options. This will also depend on your menu selections. Please enquire.
