FESTIVALS, CONCERTS, FETES & SPECIAL EVENTS

 

We love attending all types of large festivals, fetes, sporting clubs and events. In our 8+ years we have attended many small and large 500,000+ events. We have a strong crew and a large variety of items we can serve. We all love to have fun and enjoy our work days. We often customize our menu to suit each event. We are registered with Maroondah Council Streatrader as a class 2 business. We have 2 different set ups, a food trailer 6m x 3m , or  a food truck 6m x 3m . Both can be fully self sufficient and can run the same menus or if at the same event we alter the second. The truck has a deep fryer so we can add some different items. I have lovingly developed 6 smoothie recipes that we sell at our festival and events. All fruits are pre packaged by us, in our commercial kitchen and frozen. On the day we only add the liquids to keep the wait times as low as possible and you get a beautiful frozen smoothie. Coconut water, coconut milk, aloe vera, multi V, apple & blackcurrent juice and apple & mango juice are the different liquids we use.

This is our most popular menu. With comments from customers saying they are the best they have ever had. Our egg and bacon rolls come in a sml and lge options. All are made to order. The extra yummy egg and bacon super deluxe burger with 2 eggs, extra bacon, 2 x homemade beef patty and a choice of our homemade tomato relish or homemade tomato chili sauce, our chicken Caesar burger, & We also our grilled sweet potato vegie burger, with our own vegan made patty in the middle. Plus more burger options.

Also our famous "Chicken Schnitty rolls" made with our own hand crumbed schnitzels plus some parma options

The super smashed spuds

This menu has been developed from a family recipe that we have been serving for years. Twice cooked crunchy smashed spuds are seasoned perfectly and fully loaded with your choices of fillings. This menu can be made g/f & dairy free and the vegetarian one can be made vegan.

 

Healthy options

During the summer months, we offer an assorted selection of salads normally to the theme of the event. Different gourmet salads, always covering gluten free, vegan and vegetarian. We also do fresh or pre made made wraps and sandwiches also our sushi/poke/salad bowls are a popular option.  And we cant forget the little fussy one out there big and small, cocktail franks in cups or plain toasties.

 

Homemade pies and sausage rolls

Also labelled best they ever tasted, especially our pork sausage rolls, assorted quiche and a selection of beef & chicken pies are very well loved. . During the winter there's nothing like homemade soups to warm up the bones. We can also offer these as an options.

 

Other options

During our years of service we have also sold corn on the cobb with flavoured butters, spaghetti bolognaise, macaroni and cheese, baked potatoes, nacho plus much more.

 

Freshly baked goodies

Nothing beats a fresh cookie or slice with a cuppa. We make all our sweets in our kitchen for our events. We normally will bake them to theme, trying to make sweets that will suite each event. Cupcakes, slices, banana bread, fudge, cakes and heaps more.

 

Breakfasts

Some multi day event require a breakfast menu also. we can provide this. Our normal options would be egg and bacon rolls, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, fresh fruit, croissants and homemade granola with fruit and yoghurt.
